General Health Tips
- You must be fresh (no constipation) before exercise. After getting-up in the morning daily, take 1-2 glass of lukewarm water and do some stretching exercise for smooth bowl movement.
- Keep a gap of 1 hr between exercise and food. Diabetic person can take 1-2 biscuit and/or a cup of tea after exercise to maintain sugar level.
- Avoid: biscuit, chips, ice-cream, cake, bakery items, cheese, pizza, burger, cold drink
- Take regularly: Fruits, Raw Vegetable, Boiled Vegetable, Veg-Soup (preferably home-made)
- Chew your food properly and avoid watching TV during meal.
- Take a glass of water 15-20 minute before meal. Don’t drink water immediately after having food. It will dilute the digestive acid in stomach. You can take after 30 minutes. During eating you can take 2-3 sips in between.
- Avoid deserts after food to improve digestion or take it after a gap.
- Rather having juice take fresh fruit/salad.
- Stop/reduce alcohol intake.
- Avoid Non-veg/egg for faster results to reduce weight and increasing heart strength.
- Don’t suppress the urge of urination/stool/sneezing/coughing/gas-pass.
- Consume minimum 2 liters of water in one day.
